Why this project exists
Too many girls remain out of school because of poverty, distance, social barriers, or a lack of educational support. Once a girl falls out of the system, the path back in is rarely obvious or easy.
Bridge a Girl to School helps remove these barriers by providing educational assistance, learning materials, school support, and pathways that enable girls to enrol, remain in school, and complete their education.
What the project provides
Educational assistance
Learning materials and school support that remove the practical barriers keeping a girl from enrolling or staying enrolled.
A pathway back in
A defined route for girls who have fallen out of the system to re-enrol and catch up, rather than being left permanently behind their age group.
Girls supported back into school
Phynai Foundation has supported 39 girls to return to school and continue their education. For girls who had dropped out or were at risk of never returning, this support has given them another chance to learn and build a better future.
